CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
FunMusic Minors (Level 1)
(For children who have turned 2 by 30 April 2010)
This class introduces the children to all of the excitement of music – singing songs, saying rhymes, playing instruments and moving to music – all within a carefully structured class environment where they have to listen carefully and take turns at times. All children are accompanied to the class by a parent or carer, and there is a maximum of 10 children per class.
Class duration: 30 minutes
Term 3 theme: In The Garden 
Cost: $75 for an 8-week term

FunMusic Majors (Level 2)
(For children who have turned 3 by 30 April 2010)
This class continues to build on the skills of listening and percussion instrument playing and introduces the concept of beat. Children move and play instruments to the beat and learn some new songs and rhymes. All children are accompanied to the class by a parent or carer, and there is a maximum of 10 children per class.
Class duration: 30 minutes
Term 3 theme: Australia
Cost: $75 for an 8-week term

FunMusic Maestros (Level 3)
(For children who have turned 4 by 30 April 2010)
This class consolidates the musical skills and concepts covered in the previous levels, and introduces the concept of rhythm. Children move and play instruments to the beat and rhythm, recognise music that is fast and slow (tempo) and loud and soft (dynamics), and recognise the different sounds of percussion instruments (tone colour). All children are accompanied to the class by a parent or carer, and there is a maximum of 10 children per class.
Class duration: 30 minutes
